We will only offer returns and exchanges for products that have been manufactured defective or have been shipped incorrectly, and if the product has been inspected and does not meet our product specifications, a replacement product will be sent.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
If the product is defective or damaged, it has not been used, and there is no defacement or failure caused by human defects, please send us an email within 5 working days after receiving the order. , we will replace it free of charge and cover all associated shipping costs. Please send us the defective product within 5 business days of receiving our Confirmation Exchange/Refund email. Late applications will not be processed.
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
1. The product has been unpacked and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: defaced, malfunctioned, damaged, worn, scratched, scratched, dirty. The package of the returned product is damaged and incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
2. Buy the wrong size to make return and exchange service, because we have clearly stated the size on the product page. Please note that as the product is hand sewn locally, a small variance of 3/4" or 2cm in length measurement is acceptable.
3. All customized products do not provide returns and exchanges.
Not all returns and exchanges will be accepted at our discretion.
To be eligible for returns and exchanges, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If the hang tag is detached from the product, exchanges or returns will not be processed. Also, you'll need to attach a printed order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Return process:
1. To request returns and exchanges, please email us at info@hakinkater.com within 5 working days, use "RETURN" and order number as the email subject, and include the following:
- order number
- full name and contact number
- Products subject to returns and exchanges
- Reason for refund/exchange and describe the condition of the product.
2. If your return and exchange request is accepted, we will send you instructions on returning the package, including preparing the complete product, providing the pick-up time and contact information, address, and will be recovered by the logistics entrusted by the store.
Returns of products without accepted applications will not be accepted.
