Delivery Policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

If all items in your order (not customization orders) are in stock, your order will be processed within 5-7 days.

If your order is a custom-made product, the custom-made period is about 7-15 days (depending on the customer's confirmation time). The order will be processed within 5 days after the custom-made period, so please wait patiently.


DELIVERY SERVICE

All products are shipped from Hong Kong. We ship via third party (DHL/SF etc.). Shipping time is subject to the control of the third-party logistics company. All transportation periods are estimated and may be affected during peak seasons or special circumstances.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping parties and/or customs.


PRODUCT SHORTAGE

Whenever there is a shortage of an item after the order is placed we cannot confirm the replenishment within 7 days.  We will arrange a full refund to the original payment method within 7 days.


ORDERS TO HONG KONG/ MAINLAND CHINA/ MACAU/ TAIWAN

The shipping amount depends on the destination and weight of the item. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping address.

We provide free shipping for orders of HK$800 or above from Hong Kong to Mainland China/Macau/Taiwan.


  • Shipping charges are based on the weight of each order (i.e. shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order items). When calculating the weight of the shipment, the shipment is calculated in units of 0.5 kg. If the weight is less than 0.5 kg, the decimal point will be rounded up to the next 0.5 kg as the calculation standard.
  • Express shipments from Hong Kong to Mainland China/Macau/Taiwan (documents of 2.5 kg or less are exempted) will be subject to a fuel surcharge*. 
    *The fuel surcharge rate shall be subject to the latest announcement on the official website of SF Express.
  • A surcharge (HK$10 per ticket, per trip) is required for local delivery to remote areas (the receiver is remote). The range of collection and delivery services and surcharges in remote areas is covered. For details, please click here (https://bit.ly/3PwVJCj).


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ✈

Free worldwide shipping on Hong Kong to international orders of US$100 or more.

International orders are only available in certain countries. For international orders, delivery times may also vary depending on your location and any issues and circumstances with the carrier or customs.


  • The shipping amount depends on the destination and weight of the item. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping address.
  • The freight is calculated based on the weight of the shipment in each order, and the shipment is calculated in 0.5 kg. If it is less than 0.5 kg, the decimal point will be rounded up to the next 0.5 kg as the calculation standard.

DUTIES + TAXES FOR ORDERS 

The paid amount for your order does not cover import duties and taxes which may be charged by your local customs office. Such charges are imposed by your customs authorities and are outside of our control. As such, we are unable to accurately estimate and collect the related duties at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any local import duties.


LOST/ STOLEN/ DAMAGED PARCELS

Please understand that we are not responsible for any lost or untraceable packages. Once a package leaves our hands, we no longer control its logistics. Upon special request, we will send you a picture of the package and proof of postage before the package is shipped. If you decide to use the untraceable option, we will not be responsible for refunding or resending your item.
