1-Day Basic Paw Cake Class

For beginners interested in learning pet baking or those looking to enhance their baking skills, there is no need to spend a fortune on expensive certificate courses. Our classes will cover techniques from basics to hands-on practice, offering a variety of ingredients and recipes for you to choose from!

At HK.Pawkery.Dept, we offer multiple specialized pet baking courses, providing a range of standalone class content options. You can select courses that suit your interests and skill level.

Class Content

One-day course (6 hours)

Teaching two cake bases, two pet cream formulas, and cake decorating techniques such as pet sugar beads, cake dripping, basic piping, and cake lettering.

Take away the finished product:

- Mount Fuji Pet Cake

- Double-layer decorated pet cake

Technique Checklist:

- Two cake bases (meat cake, sponge cake)

- Two pet creams (root vegetable cream, lactose-free cheese cream)

- Two-tone frosting, irregular shaped frosting

- Cake decorations (pet sugar beads, cake dripping, cake lettering, basic piping techniques, double-layer cake techniques)

*Class includes materials, recipes, and instructor fees

Class Details

One-day course, with 6 hours per day.

Location: Kwun Tong classroom (Pets are allowed in class)

Small class size: 1-4 persons

Target audience: Suitable for pet owners, pet baking beginners, or those interested in developing a career in pet baking

Instructor: Certified instructor by KPA (Korea Pet Food Association) and has Korean Pet Nutrition, Cake Baking and Snack Food Design Instructor Certificates.

With extensive experience in cake baking, which extends to pet baking, he is committed to sharing his professional knowledge and skills with students.
