3-Day Advanced Paw Cake Class

We empower students to select courses based on their interests, rather than a rigid ladder system. We welcome students who have taken the '1-Day Basic Pet Cake Class' or any other pet baking courses (certificate or non-certificate courses) to join the advanced class and enhance their skills together.

At HK.Pawkery.Dept, we offer multiple specialized pet baking courses, providing a range of standalone class content options. You can select courses that suit your interests and skill level.

Class Content

Three-day course (6 hours per day)

Teaching four pet cream recipes, two pet fondant recipes, as well as providing instruction on 3D cakes, cake box construction, creating 3D portraits of various cats and dogs, 3D posture tutorials, and advanced cake techniques like Korean-style piping.

Technique Checklist:

- Cake bases (meat cake, sponge cake, 3D cake construction)

- Four pet creams (lactose-free cheese cream, coconut cream, yam cream, soy cream)

- Two pet fondant recipes

- Creating 3D portraits, 3D posture tutorials, Korean-style piping techniques, cake box construction, themed cake design

Class Details

Three-day course, with 6 hours per day.

Location: Kwun Tong classroom (Pets are allowed in class)

Small class size: 1-4 persons

Target audience: Suitable for pet owners, individuals with basic knowledge of pet baking, or those already working in the pet baking industry and looking to enhance their skills

Instructor: Certified instructor by KPA (Korea Pet Food Association) and has Korean Pet Nutrition, Cake Baking and Snack Food Design Instructor Certificates.

With extensive experience in cake baking, which extends to pet baking, he is committed to sharing his professional knowledge and skills with students.
